The food is always incredible, some of the best indian cuisine I have had in Vancouver.

The food is excellent! Nice and spicy (if you choose that option). The staff are really nice, professional.
The only thing I would suggest, because parking is so difficult in that area (especially on the weekend) is that (like other restaurants do) one could pull into the loading zone before the alley and text that one is there and someone could run out the order. That would help a lot! It isn't far so not a huge effort for the staff. And all is prepaid so not a hastle that way. That would make take out PERFECT as the rest is really good,

We enjoyed a delicious meal from the Sitar Restaurant recently and were very impressed by both the quality and quantity of food. Pick up was fast and the service provided was fantastic. We look forward to ordering again!
